We work extensively in employment law for employees, employers, independent contractors, unions, trade and professional associations, clubs, charities and government agencies. The work requires thorough knowledge and experience in industrial law, contract law and litigation.

Apart from drafting suites of documents for employment and business, we also litigate in the areas. We have advised and worked with the previous industrial relations commissions, Fair Work Australia, and the Federal Court of Australia. We work regularly with industrial and workplace agreements particularly in the Intellectual Property, IT, arts, media and entertainment industries.
